Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanalytic Therapist
Referrals
Patients are able to see me privately or through one of the public health funded schemes including Medicare, Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), Workcover, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Doctor Referrals
Medicare rebates for psychological treatment are available under the Australian Government's Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative. People treated under Better Access are able to receive 10 Medicare funded psychology sessions per calendar year. Patients with Eating Disorders have up to 40 psychology sessions. If you wish to receive treatment through Medicare, you will need to be referred by your GP or Psychiatrist.

Individuals treated by a Clinical Psychologist under the Mental Health Care Plan are able to receive a $141.85 rebate from Medicare.
